Trocas e Devoluções

 

Se você não está de acordo com nosso produto recebido, pode realizar uma troca do mesmo de alguma das seguintes formas:

  1. Em alguma das nossas lojas poderá trocar por um produto do mesmo valor.
  2. A partir da sua casa. Para isso entre em contato com [email protected] em até 2 dias a partir da data de entrega definida pela transportadora para definirmos a troca por outro produto. Os custos do frete para a troca será por conta do cliente.
  3. Caso o produto não tenha atendido as suas expectativas você também poderá ter o seu dinheiro de volta.
